“ We have visited this restaurant and, without a doubt, it has been an exceptional experience. They welcomed us with kindness. The variety of dishes we tried was simply delicious. We ordered the smoked salad which was delicious, fresh and well presented, the cannelloni were delicious, the mushroom scramble was without a doubt one of the favorite dishes on the table, very creamy, and with a great variety of mushrooms. As for the main dishes, we chose the lamb with chilindrón and the sirloin with Roquefort. Both cooked to perfection, with tender, juicy meats that melted in your mouth. Surprising desserts!! We ordered different cakes; cheese, orange, nuts and raspberry. Each bite was an explosion of flavors and textures (to add a "but", the nuts seemed too intense to me). The flan con nata also deserves a special mention, as it was soft and delicate, with a rich layer of cream on top that made it a true delight for the palate. In addition to the excellent food, the service was impeccable. The staff was friendly, attentive and always on the lookout for water, wine, bread... We ate without any rush and without having to wait between one dish and another. In summary, our experience at this restaurant has been a 10. Without a doubt, I would recommend this place to any lover of good food and I can safely say that we will return again. Thanks to the restaurant team for their professionalism and for offering us a wonderful culinary evening. ”
